Description

·        These are all the same except for the criteria that depend on windspeed (e.g.,. 18-33 knots) for warning small craft at sea. 

·        The Forecaster calls the marinas and Port Operations, or they call METOC with observations if METOC hasn't issued a warning or advisory.
