Checkout Procedures



The purpose of the checkout procedures is to insure the proper

readiness condition for the RD 379. The parts of the checkout 

procedure are:



1. A mechanical checkout that ensures 

     - that the decks change over

     - that the decks run in all modes

2. A clock checkout

3. An audio checkout

4. Tape checks
